Happy Halloweenie!

Wow! It’s been a while!

What’s going on with us??  Well, we have all been good!  Let me show you our lives in pictures for the past couple months.

First, we have the redecorating of the boys room.  This was fun and took two days.  They love it now. :)

Next we have messy marker boy.  I cannot leave him alone for 30 minutes while on the computer if markers are near, apparently. :)  Don’t worry, he hasn’t done this again.  He is usually really good, and I suppose this is a small and minor mess considering the amount of time he had.  Thank goodness he is not more creative.  I definitely remember coloring my walls instead.  (oh, and these are washable)

This one is my little artist.  He loves to color and draw.  He does it everyday for at least an hour.  With his consistency, he should be our next Michelangelo by age 5. :)

In here somewhere, we took a trip to Central Texas.  Spent some time with both grandparents and took some pictures.

Yes, Mom…I just snuck in that picture.  We can always replace it with a better one later.  I have so few pictures of you, that I want to make sure I post it for the boys.

Before that trip, I did a little shopping.  I will post the pictures that Ed and I took of us, but they are on the other computer, and Ed’s asleep at the moment.

Anyway, here is my dress and shoes.  It really ended up working well, and was totally outside of my usual box.

Once we got back, we started our countdown to Halloween.  Here is our visit to the pumpkin patch this year.

Today is Halloween!  I will have more pictures to come.  Plus, I have some great shots of Ed and I.  You might have already seen them on my Facebook page.

Love you all!

Preschool, Golf and Bowling, Halloween costumes and Family Time!

These past couple weeks have been pretty crazy around here.  We have been in school for two weeks.  We had Nicholas’s Birthday party (I think I still need to post pics).  Tomorrow we have another huge event!

Christian starts school!!

He’s so excited!  He got to go to open house on Thursday and LOVED it.  He colored, wore a construction hat, played on the playground equipment and met his teachers.  I’ll be sure to tell you how his day goes tomorrow.

This week has been wonderful! Eddie is on Pain Management and the attending doctors have been out of town.  All week long his schedule has been nice and slow.  He was off on Wednesday and got to spend Sunday and today (Labor day) with us.

Yesterday we went to Main Event and played Lights Out golf (the boys current favorite) and bowled.  We also went out to eat and had dessert.  On Friday night we took in a local high school football game.  That was fun and the boys loved watching the half-time show.  One of our friends directs the band for marching season, so we got to see his kids do their halftime show.

I also have started working on Halloween costumes for this year.  Christian wants to be Blue from Blue’s Clues.  I am almost done with his costume.  Nicholas has decided upon being a doctor.  I am making him some Texas Longhorn scrubs.  They are both excited!!

Ed and I (mostly Ed)  have been fighting off a computer virus that we have picked up on our laptop lately. (I’m on the desktop now).  It’s a pretty sneaky one.  I am going to take the laptop into a computer guy (hopefully tomorrow) to have him look it over and make sure Ed fixed it all correctly.  We have started using a new antivirus program called Avast.  So far I am really liking the new results of having this program instead of AVG.  I’ll let you know how it all goes.

I’m going to tutor now—see you soon!
